Online registrations:

Please click on a picture below to add a registration or scholarship to your shopping bag. To return to the main menu: use your back button or click on "back to catalog" in the upper left hand corner of the box. Once you have added the items and information, you can then click on shopping bag in the upper right hand corner and check out. You can purchase registrations, donate for the Richard VanCleave Scholarship Fund, and order t-shirts.

Payment can be made by PayPal, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

Pre-registration deadline is May 1, 2025

T-shirt order deadline is April 15, 2025.

T-shirts can be purchased at conference as well. There is no shipping, you must pick up the shirts when you check in at the conference.

ALL MAILED REGISTRATIONS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY MAY 1. ANY REGISTRATIONS AFTER MAY 1 MUST BE PAID AT THE DOOR FOR $35.

1. Download registration form HERE and fill it out. multiple registrations can be included on the form. Please fill it out completely.

2. Make check or money order out to Bagdad Retreat Inc. Include $30 for each person registering.

3. Please consider a donation to the Richard Vancleave Scholarship Fund. This fund was established to help anyone that wants to join us but lacks funds. These funds go toward their registrations, lodging, and meals. Please help a newcomer! This can be included in the same check or money order. If you have someone you want the funds to go toward or if you need financial assistance, please contact Denise O. at 502-418-4619.

4. Put these things in an envelope and mail to:

All lodging reservations need to be made through General Butler State Park. USE RESERVATION NUMBER 7219 WHEN MAKING ANY RESERVATIONS FOR ROOMS OR CABINS. Otherwise, you will not be albe to get a space.

They have lodge rooms that are single or double occupancy. They have many different cabin sizes that can hold anywhere from 2 to 8 people each. If you rent a cabin you can bring air mattresses to fit additional guests. There is also a great campground with 2 large playgrounds for the kids.
