All lodging assignments are made through General Butler State Park. The group discount code for our conference is 7007. You need to call the park rather than booking online.

Registration Instructions:

Please fill out all details possible for each registrant. Due to popularity we deal on a first pay first served basis. We have room for 140 persons. If there is still space, walk-ins are welcome for any and all meetings during the conference. The charge is $30 whether you are attending one or all the meetings. 
**Any refunds must be approved by the Bagdad Board.

Fill out the form and use Venmo or Check for payment of registration/s and any scholarship funds you would like to donate. The information on this form will be automatically emailed to our Board.

Include check with registration form in mailed envelope.

Please consider donating a little extra for those who cannot afford it. It could really help a newcomer. Your donation can be added in the check or payment for your registration. If you have someone you would like to use your donation, please add their name/s to your registration.

Don't forget to include a donation for the newcomers. Everyone deserves a chance to participate. If you need a scholarship, please let us know.
