Typical conference format
This is a rough outline of the format we try to adhere to. Some changes could occur. A printed schedule will be given when you check in at the Retreat registration table.
Registration begins Friday afternoon between 3 and 4 P.M. in the main lobby of the lodge.
Here you can pay for registration, pick up name badge and t-shirt,and get a written schedule for the weekend. This is also where you will check in for hotel rooms or cabin rentals.
All meetings will be held in the Conference Center. The entrance is pictured above.
Friday 8 p.m. AA Speaker
Friday evening fellowship at the Hospitality Cabin. Cabin number will be on the registration page.
Don't forget to bring a small dessert or side item to share.
Saturday 9:45 a.m. Al-Anon Speaker
Saturday 11 a.m. AA Speaker
Please explore the park, play putt putt, fish, hike, or come down to the Hospitality Cabin during the afternoon.
Saturday 7:45 p.m. Sobriety Countdown (for A.A.s and Al-Anons)
Saturday 8 p.m. AA Speaker
After the speaker:Hot dogs, chili dogs, snacks, and desserts in the Hospitality Cabin with a bonfire! Chairs and drinks provided. Please bring a small dessert or side item to share.
Sunday 10 a.m. AA Speaker
